TecH2O Accepts Watermark Award at Texas water conference

The Texas American Water Works Association presented El Paso Water and the TecH2O Center with an outstanding education program award for the Engineers Week series of events and activities, including the DiscoverE free family event. Center Manager Anai Padilla accepted the award on behalf of the utility.
